Get productive in Deskely in 10 minutes.

Deskely helps teams manage commissioning and preservation records. Use the web app to plan and control work. Use the tablet app to execute work in the field.

How Deskely is organized

  • Projects hold your data and workflow.

  • Roles control what you can see and do.

  • Master data feeds dropdowns and standard values.

  • Templates define what to execute and report.

  • Issued records are the live work in progress.

  • Punches track issues found in the field.

  • Certificates show readiness and status.

If you can’t see a menu item, your role likely lacks permission. Ask a project admin to update your access.
