Common issues

I can’t sign, issue, or approve

• Confirm your role has the required permission.

• Confirm your assignment to the project is active (start/end dates).

I can’t see a module in the left menu

• Your role likely doesn’t have access to that module.

• Ask a project admin to update your role permissions.

A task must be done in the tablet app

Some actions are tablet-only:

• Answering activity questions in issued checksheets.

• Capturing pictures.

• Creating punches.

Getting help

• First, contact your project admin.

• If you have product support, share:

  • your email

  • project name

  • module (ITR/PWL/Walkdown/Certificate)

  • screenshots and the exact error text
