Design CP templates

Design the CP template layout, then publish it for use.

Before you begin

• Create the template first in CP templates.

Open the designer

You can open the designer in two ways:

• Select the checkbox to enable the Design Template button.

• Or use Actions → Design Template.

Understand the designer UI

Main controls include:

• Editor canvas and formatting toolbar

• Margins

• Insert Sign

• Add Fields (checkboxes, image, table, and more)

• Undo/Redo

• Save (draft), Publish, Preview, Export

Publish the template

1. Select Preview to verify layout.

2. Select Publish to publish the template.

After publishing, templates may become view-only depending on your project rules.
