Create ITR tags, then apply templates to generate checksheets.

Before you begin

  • Master Data should be set up (systems, subsystems, disciplines, locations).

  • ITR templates must exist before you can apply them.

Open Tag Management

  1. In the left menu, select Data.

  2. Select Tag Management.

Create a tag

  1. Select Add New Record.

  2. Fill in tag details.

    • Fields marked with * are mandatory.

    • Enter Tag NO.

  3. Select Next.

Apply an ITR template

  1. Choose Workflow Type.

  2. Select the Template.

  3. Select Apply Template.

After applying:

  • View Checksheet(s) opens the created checksheet(s).

  • Close dismisses the confirmation.

Bulk actions

Use Bulk Actions to work faster:

  • Create a tag set

  • Update tag details (type, system, location, discipline)

  • Apply a template to multiple tags

  • Mark selected tags as void
