Understand how punches move through statuses.
Status changes depend on actions taken by authorized users.
You can monitor progress in the web app.
After a punch is created and saved in the tablet app, it appears in Unapproved.
After the related checksheet sign-off is completed, the punch moves to Approved.
After approval:
Field users can clear the punch from the tablet.
Authorized users can mark the punch as Closed in the web app.
If a punch is deleted, it appears in the Deleted tab on the web.
