Certificate actions

Actions change based on the certificate status.

Not Started

When status is Not Started:

• Issue and Download are visible.

• Issue stays disabled until required sign-offs are configured.

Not Started actions

After sign-offs are added, Issue becomes enabled.

Force issue (optional)

Use Force issue to move the certificate forward even if conditions aren’t fully met.

1. Select Force issue.

2. Confirm in the dialog.

Selecting Yes changes status to Ready for Issue.

Issue and complete

1. Select Issue to move status to In Progress.

2. Select View and complete required fields and sign-offs.

In Progress

When status reaches Completed, additional actions become available:

• View

• Reissue

• Reopen

• Versions

• Complete Partial

• Download
