Certificates — G05

G05 certificates are created per subsystem for A type ITRs.

Prerequisites

Before issuing a G05 certificate:

• Required A type ITRs are completed.

• Related walkdowns are completed.

• Related G03 certificates are completed.

• All A type punches are closed.

Automatic generation

When a checksheet is issued for a specific subsystem, Deskely generates the G05 certificate automatically.

Generated certificate

After generation

1. Design the certificate using the certificate template.

2. Add the required sign-offs.

Certificates module behavior matches G03 (web-based entry, attachments, and sign-off).
