MLP walkdowns are created and managed per location.

How MLP walkdowns are created

  • When you create a new location in Master Data, Deskely creates the matching MLP walkdown.

  • You then design the template and configure sign-offs (same pattern as ITR/PWL).

Design the walkdown template

  1. Confirm the design status: Not Started, Draft, or Published.

  2. Select Design template to open the designer.

  3. Build the form and publish it.

Add sign-offs

  1. Open Add Sign Offs.

  2. Start with Initial Sign.

  3. Select a role and use Add to include it.

  4. Select Next and Save.

View and export walkdowns

In Walk-throughs, you can:

  • View — open walkdown details.

  • Download — export the walkdown register.

Walkdown details include:

  • Details

  • Activity

  • Initial Sign

  • Punch List

  • Sign Off
