Preservation Work List (issued PWLs)

Access issued PWLs in the web app, then export them.

When a PWL is issued from PWL Management, it appears here.

Before you begin

• Activity questions and pictures are completed in the tablet app.

• The web app is used for review, attachments, sign-off, and export.

Open a PWL

1. Open Preservation Work List.

2. Select View on the PWL you want.

Use Details for the overall record information.

• Activity — answer questions in the tablet app.

• Pictures — add pictures in the tablet app.

• Files — attach files from the web.

1. Select Generate Export.

2. Choose Excel or PDF.

3. Generate and download the export.
