PWL tag management

Create PWL tags, then apply templates to generate PWLs.

Before you begin

• Master Data should be set up (systems, subsystems, disciplines, locations).

• PWL templates must exist before you can apply them.

Open Tag Management

1. In the left menu, select Data → Tag Management.

Create a tag

1. Select Add New Record.

2. Enter Tag NO and select tag details (type, system, subsystem, and more).

3. Select Next.

Apply a PWL template

1. Choose Workflow Type.

2. Select the template.

3. Select Apply Template.

Assign template

After applying:

• You see a “Tag Created Successfully” confirmation.

• View PWL(s) opens the created PWL(s) in PWL Management.
