Use the row Actions menu to:

• Edit — update a limited set of fields.

• Void PWL — void the PWL with a reason.

Edit a PWL

You can update:

• Is Paper

• Phase and Scope

• Due Date and End Date

• If recurring: Routine Period and Routine Days

Void a PWL

1. Select Void PWL.

2. Enter a voiding reason.

3. Confirm the action.

Use Bulk actions to update many PWLs at once (phase/scope updates, review/issue, paper PWL updates, voiding, and more).
